Really, already?

Good Gravy, I'm at the beginning of day 6!  I know y'all are gonna get sick of hearing this but, it's very theraputic for me to keep track of the days.  *clears throat* I'm quite proud of myself :)

Can you believe I've smoked for 25 years? ACK! I would quit when I was pregnant and I didn't smoke for about 2 years when I was married the first time but, other than that, I've been a smoker longer than I haven't!  I'd say my lungs deserve a break.

Today I'm starting a pilates and yoga class, right here in my livingroom. :)  I bought a tape to work out to ;)  I'm actually keeping my New Year's resolutions for once!

Doe, I smoked for only six years...(late teens - early 20's) yet, when it was time for me to quit, it was still the HARDEST THING EVER!!! I wasn't even a heavy smoker, but it stil took almost a year for the cravings to be completely gone. Surviving Happy Hours was TORTURE! But it definitely can be done.... Stay Strong!! and you know what they say: Take it one day at a time. Good luck to ya!!

Thanks Angie :) I appreciate it. I'm a firm believer that if you want to quit, you'll know when the time is right for you. Good Luck!

Thanks Vick :) I really am proud that I'm able to do this. You wouldn't believe how many times I've tried. I honestly think I'm going to do it this time.
